  • Within 24 hours where manual activation or verification is required.

YSDI shall not be responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect email addresses provided by customers
  • Spam or junk mail filtering
  • Internet connectivity issues
  • Technical issues on the customer’s device
  • Third-party service interruptions

2. Physical Product Shipping

YSDI may sell physical products including:

  • Educational books
  • Abacus kits
  • Learning tools
  • Training materials
  • Educational accessories

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–5 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Processing times may be extended during:

  • Public holidays
  • Festivals
  • High order volume periods
  • Natural disasters
  • Unforeseen operational circumstances

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery generally takes:

  • 3–10 business days within India

All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process before payment confirmation.

YSDI reserves the right to modify shipping charges at any time without prior notice.

5. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate:

  • Name
  • Shipping address
  • Mobile number
  • Email address

YSDI shall not be responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries
  • Delayed deliveries
  • Additional shipping costs
  • Losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

6. Tracking Information

Where available, shipment tracking details may be provided via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or customer account.

YSDI does not guarantee the availability of tracking information for every shipment.

7. Delivery Confirmation

An order shall be deemed delivered when:

  • The courier service marks the shipment as delivered; or
  • Delivery is completed at the address provided during checkout.

YSDI shall not be liable for claims of non-receipt after delivery has been confirmed by the courier partner.

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

YSDI shall not be held liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods
  • Cyclones
  • Fire
  • Pandemic-related disruptions
  • Government actions
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Labor disputes
  • Courier service failures
  • Technical failures

Such delays shall not entitle the customer to compensation, damages, or refunds.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect product

You must notify YSDI within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@ysdi.in with:

  • Order details
  • Photographs of the product
  • Description of the issue

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be accepted.

All claims are subject to verification and approval by YSDI.

10. Delivery Refusal

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, or repeatedly fails to accept delivery, YSDI reserves the right to:

  • Cancel the order
  • Deduct shipping, handling, and administrative charges
  • Refuse future orders from the customer

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • YSDI’s responsibility is limited to arranging shipment of the purchased products.
  • YSDI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from shipping or delivery delays.
  • Any liability, if applicable, shall be limited to the amount actually paid for the affected order.
