By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Products

YSDI offers various digital products and services, including but not limited to:

  • Online courses
  • Study materials
  • E-books
  • Downloadable resources
  • Digital tools and software
  • Test series and educational content

No Return or Refund for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been successfully delivered, accessed, downloaded, activated, or made available to the customer, no return, cancellation, exchange, or refund will be provided.

Refund requests will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchase
  • Lack of usage
  • Incompatibility with personal devices
  • Failure to read product descriptions before purchase

2. Physical Products

YSDI may sell physical products such as:

  • Educational books
  • Training kits
  • Learning materials
  • Educational tools and accessories

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Defective or faulty product received

The return request must be submitted within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and invoices.
  • Clear photographs or videos showing the issue may be required for verification.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

YSDI reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet these conditions.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Successfully delivered digital products
  • Downloadable study materials
  • Online courses and subscriptions
  • E-books and digital content
  • Physical products returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

5. Refund Process

If a return request is approved:

  • The product may be replaced with the correct product, where applicable.
  • If replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued.
  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once the product has been delivered or access has been granted.

Physical product orders may be cancelled only before shipment. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
