Refund and Return Policy

1. Overview

At Youth Skill Development International (YSDI), we strive to offer high-quality skill development training—both online and offline—for all age groups, including kids and placement-seeking learners. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

2. General Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued once the course or program has been successfully delivered, either in part or in full.
  • A refund may be issued only if the services promised are not delivered as per the published course structure and schedule.

3. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:

  • The course did not start as scheduled and no alternate schedule was provided.
  • You did not receive access to the online course content or learning platform, and the issue remained unresolved by our support team.
  • An offline session or batch was cancelled by YSDI and not rescheduled.

Important:
All refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the scheduled start date of the course or the date the issue occurred.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

  • You have attended sessions or accessed online course content.
  • You decide to withdraw for personal reasons, including change of mind, time conflicts, or lack of interest.
  • You fail to meet technical requirements for accessing online classes.
  • You request a refund after 7 days from the issue date.
  • You have already received a course certificate.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please send an email to info@ysdi.in with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Email Address
  • Course Name and Enrollment Date
  • Reason for Refund Request
  • Any relevant evidence (e.g., screenshots, payment receipt, course access logs)

We will acknowledge your request within 5 working days and provide a resolution within 10 working days of review.

6. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during enrollment.
  • It may take up to 14 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Deductions & Charges

  • Any non-refundable registration fees or administrative charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If you paid in installments, only the unused portion of the fee (if eligible) will be refunded.

8. Special Circumstances

In case of medical emergencies or unforeseen situations, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and documentation may be required.

9. Changes to This Policy

YSDI reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our official website and/or communicated via email.
